Meet Our Lawyer
Desmond MacMillan
Desmond has been a civil litigation lawyer for over two decades. Originally from the Interior of British Columbia, he studied business at the University of Northern British Columbia, earning his Bachelor of Commerce in 2001. He went on to study law, obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004.
Desmond was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005. He was subsequently called to the Bar in Alberta in 2007 and worked in a variety of roles before becoming a partner in a western Canadian litigation boutique.
